FAQ — Accessibility & Accommodations
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa and all official event venues are fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms. If you need specific seating or pathway accommodations, please contact us at least two weeks in advance.
Can you provide sign language interpretation?
American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters can be arranged for all main stage sessions with at least three weeks' notice. Please request this service during registration or email us directly.
Are accessible hotel rooms available?
Yes. A block of accessible guest rooms has been reserved at the host hotel. When registering, indicate your room accessibility needs and our team will coordinate with the hotel on your behalf.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
All catered meals can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and allergen-specific needs. Please indicate your dietary requirements during registration.
Are service animals welcome?
Service animals are welcome at all summit venues and official events. If you plan to bring a service animal, please let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate arrangements.
